Pilates Program - 2024

Know your Movement.

Our mission is to make Pilates more accessible and inclusive.

Our offerings ensure every student who comes to Eleos Studio has access to high quality instruction and individualized attention.

What to expect each month!

  • Monthly movement themes

  • Contemporary Sequential Programming

  • Small group classes

  • More affordable hands on offerings

  • Monthly progressions to not only do the movement, but know the movement.

We’ve learned from our past 4 week series offering! In 2023, we progressively introduced new exercises while sprinkling in valuable educational insights. It's no wonder that this offering had become popular, as our students witness real growth through their commitment to this process.

We took this concept and transformed it into a structured monthly movement program for 2024.

Here's how it's going to work:

Every month, we will introduce a new theme, and our programs will be designed to align with that concept. There will be a variety of classes for students to choose from, across all modalities reformer to mat to prop focused.

What’s the goal of this program style? Building strength and comfortability with consistency.

  • Our approach is grounded in STOTT Pilates sequential order, inspired by Classical Pilates. This fosters familiarity with movement patterns, enhancing predictability and promoting strength and connection.

  • Focus on consistent instruction. For example, every Level 1 program will be the same throughout the week. This flexibility allows you to choose a Level 1 class on Monday at noon or Thursday at 7 pm, knowing you'll receive the exact same guidance from all instructors.

  • Monthly themes with subtle variations in the weekly programs, including different props and positions while maintaining a strong foundation.

  • Each month will have a new theme and a new sequential order to keep things fun and fresh! Allowing you to grow, but not feel bored.

  • We prioritize education, empowering you to take ownership of your practice, make modifications, and apply them in small group sessions.
