Class Descriptions

Levels

  • Perfect for beginners! The Foundations class is a small group setting, perfect for ensuring comfortability and support during movement. The session will start on the Mat and cover Pilates principles. After the mat, students transition to the reformer where they will be introduced to the equipment and guided through essential level exercises.

  • Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners who love the foundations! This Pilates Reformer class is designed to provide a comprehensive, low-impact, full-body workout. Focusing on essential Pilates exercises and emphasizing technique and princples.

    Exercises will be completed in a sequential order drawing from the theme for the month.

  • Focus on progressions to provide a full-body low impact workout. Perfect for all movement abilities, the instructor will ensure everyone feels supported and challenged during their movement practice.

    The session will incorporates contemporary Pilates exercises. Each class will start with a warm up that centers on Pilates principles to be carried forward into the movement practice and end will a cool down & stretch. Students can expect a variety of modifications and amplifications to meet their needs!

  • For the individual who has achieved comfortability with essential level exercises and seeking a higher challenge. This class is designed to provide a low-impact full body workout at a more fluid pace. This class with include stability and coordination challenges and focus on intermediate Pilates exercises.

    Exercises will be completed in a sequential order drawing from the theme for the month.

  • Ready to move at a deliberate and begin to learn more advanced modifications to challenge a deeper pilates practice?!

    We will be moving at a quicker pace, so it is crucial students have an understanding of intermediate Pilates exercises. A strong intermediate into advanced practice is knowing your body and taking variations or modifications that best suit your personal needs and goals.

Styles

  • This unique class uses two specialized pieces of equipment to challenges, supports, and enhances the benefits of traditional mat exercises.

    The Pilates Box increases range of motion and provides opportunities for new variations on classic mat moves. The Spine Corrector is perfect for opening the chest, lengthening the spine, and deepening core engagement.

    Together, these tools amplify and allow you to explore greater precision and control in your movements.

  • Item The Jumpboard is a padded attachment for the Reformer that allows for low-impact, cardio-inspired movements while maintaining the core focus and precision of Pilates.

    This class is a fun, energizing way to build strength, improve coordination, and boost your cardiovascular fitness. By incorporating jumping sequences with traditional Reformer exercises, you’ll challenge your muscles, increase endurance, and enhance your agility—all without stressing your joints.

  • A full-body, low-impact workout. Mat classes incorporate Pilates exercises along with additional supportive movements. We begin with a warm-up focused on principles, which are then integrated throughout the practice. Each class ends with a cool down and stretch. Modifications and amplifications are offered so students feel both supported and challenged during their practice. Offered at various levels from beginner to advanced.

  • Strengthen, stretch, and stabilize with our Mat and Chair class! This class blends the foundational movements of Pilates on the mat with the supportive yet challenging versatility of the Pilates chair.

    The Pilates chair, also known as the Wunda Chair, is a compact piece of equipment with a sturdy base and spring-loaded pedals. It’s designed to help you build strength, improve balance, and target specific muscle groups with a mix of seated, standing, and full-body exercises.

  • Mat + Weights we combine the focused movements of Pilates with the added challenge of light weights. This fusion is designed to build strength, enhance muscle definition, and improve overall endurance, all while maintaining the flow and precision of traditional Pilates.

    Using weighted props, you'll engage more muscles, increase your metabolism, and achieve a deeper connection to your body. Ankle or hand weights amplifies the effectiveness of each movement.

  • No two classes are the same in our Mixed Equipment Class! Instructors have the freedom to create a unique experience each session, incorporating any combination of Pilates equipment to keep your body challenged and engaged.

    From Reformer-to-Mat flows to Chair-and-Barrel strength/stability work, every class offers a fresh approach to traditional movement. Expect a dynamic blend of resistance, balance, and flexibility training that supports a holistic pilates practice.

  • A well-rounded, low-impact workout emphasizing Pilates foundations using the Reformer. During these sessions, our instructors will guide students through a sequence of exercises, allowing each person to move at their own pace. We will adjust the spring tension accordingly per student, so the workout can remain tailored even in a semi-private setting. The instructors will mindfully offer feedback to ensure safety throughout the practice. Offered at various levels from beginner to advanced.
