New Private Student Lesson

This 50 min lesson is perfect for someone who is new to Pilates! Every new private student begins with an intake form process and a discussion of day to day activities. This allows us to identify any postural deviations, imbalances, muscle weaknesses, or other factors that may be causing pain or discomfort. Based on that information, we work with each student to create a custom Pilates practice that addresses their specific goals and works for their individual body.

Private Lessons

Curated Pilates lessons using various apparatuses including the reformer, chair, and tower, as well as props tailored to your individual movement needs. Personal goals are set along with structured goals to improve posture, alignment, and strength.

Perfect for newcomers to Pilates, individuals recovering from injuries, those seeking personalized attention and instruction, or anyone desiring a deeper understanding of Pilates.

Note: You must complete a new student intro session prior to booking a Private Lesson.

Semi - Private Lessons

A semi-private Pilates lesson is a small-group session with 2 participants, where you get personalized attention from the instructor while enjoying the energy of practicing with others. Whether you’re working out with a friend or a family member, moving together adds an element of fun and motivation.

It creates a sense of camaraderie and support, making the workout feel less like a chore and more like an enjoyable experience. Sharing the journey can enhance your connection, boost your accountability, and make the practice more enjoyable, while still receiving tailored guidance to meet your individual needs.
