Personal goals are set along with structured goals to improve posture, alignment, and strength.

In a private lesson, students experience the full depth of the Traditional Pilates system with access to all apparatus — Reformer, Mat, Tower, Chair, Barrels, and more.

Our private instructors are comprehensively trained and certified, with many having completed their education through Pilates804 and the Somaphyx Method. At Eleos, our instructors are dedicated to ongoing practice and study, believing that the best teachers are those who continue to move, learn, and stay curious — bringing fresh insight and the highest quality experience to every student.

Semi - Private Lessons

A semi-private Pilates lesson is a small-group session with 2-3 participants, where you get personalized attention from the instructor while enjoying the energy of practicing with others. Whether you’re working out with a friend or a family member, moving together adds an element of fun and motivation.

It creates a sense of camaraderie and support, making the workout feel less like a chore and more like an enjoyable experience. Sharing the journey can enhance your connection, boost your accountability, and make the practice more enjoyable, while still receiving tailored guidance to meet your individual needs.
