    A well-rounded, low-impact workout for two, focusing on Pilates foundations and incorporating the use of the reformer. Contact us directly to schedule this offering.

  • Small Group Classes

    Offering both Reformer & Mat! Small-group classes emphasizing a low-impact, full-body workout, integrating STOTT PILATES® exercises with additional supportive movements.
